Terms and Conditions

Welcome to Astrospace. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a binding agreement between you and Individual Entrepreneur ALEKSEI GERASIMOV, registered in Georgia under identification number 302335266 on 11/02/2025 by LEPL National Agency of Public Registry, with an address at Georgia, Tbilisi, Chughureti district, Mikheil Tsinamdzgvrishvili street, N52, Attic ("we", "us", "our"), and govern your access to and use of the Astrospace application, website features, and related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account, clicking to accept these Terms, or otherwise accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Description of Service

Astrospace is a digital entertainment and self-reflection platform that offers AI-assisted astrology insights, tarot readings, natal chart analysis, horoscope forecasts, compatibility assessments, and related content. The Service is currently made available as a progressive web application, and we may modify, improve, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.

2. Eligibility and Accounts

You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf and has given permission for you to use the Service.

To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete registration information;
• Maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Promptly notify us of any suspected unauthorized account use;
• Accept responsibility for activity occurring under your account.

3. Entertainment Only; No Professional Advice

Astrospace is provided for entertainment, lifestyle, and informational purposes only. Tarot readings, horoscopes, natal chart interpretations, compatibility analyses, AI-generated insights, and similar content are inherently subjective and are not statements of fact, guarantees of outcomes, or substitutes for professional judgment.

The Service does not provide medical, mental health, psychological, financial, legal, tax, or other professional advice, and it is not an emergency service. You should not rely on the Service for decisions that could materially affect your health, safety, finances, employment, relationships, or legal rights.

4. Subscriptions, Billing, and Renewal

4.1 Plans

The Service may offer a free tier and paid plans with recurring billing, including weekly, monthly, and annual (yearly) subscriptions, typically sold in USD. Current price and interval for each tier are shown at checkout and on the pricing page and are incorporated into these Terms by reference. We may add, change, or retire plans from time to time as described in Section 4.5.

4.2 Billing Authorization

Paid subscriptions are billed in advance. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize us and our third-party payment processor, Dodo Payments, to charge your selected payment method for all applicable fees, taxes, and renewals until you cancel.

4.3 Automatic Renewal

Paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle (weekly, monthly, or annual, depending on your plan) unless you cancel before renewal. You may cancel at any time through the Subscription area in the app, via the payment processor's customer portal (Dodo Payments) when we link you to it, or by contacting us using the details below. Unless required by applicable law, cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the then-current paid term.

4.4 Refunds

Subscription fees and other paid charges are generally not refundable for the billing period you have already paid once access is delivered, except as expressly stated in our Refund Policy or as required by applicable law (including mandatory consumer protections in your country or region). If there is a conflict between these Terms and the Refund Policy with respect to refunds, the Refund Policy controls.

4.5 Price Changes

We may change pricing for future billing periods. Material price changes for recurring subscriptions will be communicated in advance and will apply no earlier than the next renewal following notice.

5. AI Features

The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content, including chat responses and interpretations of astrological data. By using AI features, you acknowledge and agree that:

• AI outputs may be inaccurate, incomplete, offensive, outdated, or otherwise unsuitable for your intended use;
• AI-generated content may vary for the same or similar prompts and may change over time as the Service evolves;
• You are solely responsible for reviewing and evaluating AI outputs before acting on them;
• We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or error-free performance of any AI feature.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to, and not to assist others to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purpose;
• Access or attempt to access non-public areas of the Service or related systems without authorization;
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity, security, or performance of the Service;
• Use bots, scrapers, or other automated means to access the Service without our prior written permission;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble, or attempt to derive source code from the Service except to the extent prohibited by law;
• Resell, sublicense, distribute, or commercially exploit the Service or its content except as expressly authorized by us;
• Upload, submit, or transmit material that infringes third-party rights or is defamatory, harassing, hateful, obscene, or otherwise unlawful.

7. Your Inputs and Feedback

You retain ownership of information and content you submit to the Service, including profile details, birth data, prompts, and messages ("Inputs"). You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, transmit, and otherwise use your Inputs only as necessary to operate, secure, maintain, and improve the Service and as described in our Privacy Policy.

If you provide ideas, suggestions, or feedback about the Service, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free right to use that feedback without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, text, graphics, logos, trademarks, compilations, and other content, is owned by Individual Entrepreneur ALEKSEI GERASIMOV or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property and other applicable laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to access and use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use.

9. Disclaimers and Service Availability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, error-free, or available at any particular time or place, or that any content will be accurate, complete, or reliable.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Individual Entrepreneur ALEKSEI GERASIMOV and its affiliates, officers, employees, contractors, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenues, business, opportunities, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms will not exceed the greater of: (a) the amount you paid to us for the Service in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim; or (b) USD 100.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law, including mandatory consumer protection rights.

11. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may cancel your account through available account tools or by contacting us at gerasimov.alexey1994@gmail.com. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms, created legal or security risk, or used the Service in a manner that could harm us, other users, or third parties.

Upon termination, your right to access and use the Service will cease. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including provisions relating to payment obligations, intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, and dispute resolution.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Georgia, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Before filing a legal claim, you and we agree to first try to resolve the dispute informally by written notice sent to gerasimov.alexey1994@gmail.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days after notice, either party may bring the claim in the competent courts of Tbilisi, Georgia, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.

Nothing in this section prevents either party from seeking interim or injunctive relief for misuse of intellectual property, unauthorized access, or other urgent matters where such relief is legally available.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will post the updated Terms in the Service and may also provide notice by email or through the Service before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the updated Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Severability and Waiver

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of our right to do so later.
